Looks cold, you will be warmer in Sydney. We also seem to have a lot more traffic, and you will have to STOP at stop signs.
Wow! 5 minutes 23 seconds and you are at your launch ramp. Not as good as a beach house but then again what is??? I am really envious of your proximity given that I have to endure a 2 hour multi leg train ride to my current sailing venue and thats one way.

Phil the stop signs that we rolled are normal, for safety reasons. I am looking forward to the warmer weather it is so hard to pack the tool box with all that is needed....
